In ’72, I moved in with my dad, Bob Crump, to attend UHouston. Dusty was staying there at the time and dad had to kick Dusty out to make room for me. We stayed up and listened to the new Rio Grande Mud lp. Dusty left, and I never saw him again. Dad and his wife Candy worked at the legendary Cellar. (That’s my brush with ZZ TOP)
