GOOD TIMES OVER YONDER!

The trek across the pond ain’t nothin’ new for BFG and the boyzz and this summer run is simmerin’ in the sultry steaminess throughout the slopes in Switzerland.

Just now, BFG sends a quick pictorial epilogue following the successful appearance in the high-ups in the famed hot-spot ski resort of Sierre. The gathering celebrates the 10 year anniversary of the popular Sierre Blues Festival bringing in a throng from points beyond to join in the mayhem. Good times we think.

Dig the scene here!

And… the journey would make for a complete local experience stopping in for some local libations with fine Swiss cheese accompanied local confecture, and some fresh baked brioche at the famed ski-slope watering hole, affectionally tagged with the unexpected moniker, “Le Cool Drink”…

And…gettin’ there was the bonus… BFG’s long standing pal, Bernard Moix, squired the bearded one in fine fashion inside his historic 1955 Porsche, complete with the remnants from it’s running the ultra-dangerous Mexican road race, the ” Carrera PanAmericana” way back in the day. [check this out!]…

Another reward was the surprise appearance from Billy’s guitar slingin’ buddy from Austin, Texas, Van Wilks, also appearing on the Sierra Blues Festival making for a truly, Texas – twinged tussle for the night’s mountainside presentation of some real rock ‘n’ roll loudness.

Enjoy these fresh views from BFG’ ongoing travels. Rock on…!

    Hello BFG,
It’s nice to see you and Van Wilks hangin’ out. I’m a big fan of Van. I am from McAllen, TX and Fools used to come here a lot. I certainly wouldn’t miss a show of theirs back then. Both of you are an inspiration. Thanks for everything!!
